Couch founder Ian Archer is adding two new armchairs to its autumn-winter 2014 collection. The oversized ‘Sloop’ features grey and mustard upholstery. The ‘Tango’ combines splayed legs, curves and wing sides in a new wool teal fabric.
The ‘Constructor’ is the result of a collaboration between furniture designer Stuart Scott and construction specialists Broseley. Scott’s chair comes in walnut or oak with brass detailing, including a choice of three finishes.
Available in 1352 colours, Sanderson’s new ‘Active Emulsion’ paints are designed for interior walls and woodwork in busy environments. The washable emulsion creates a smooth matt texture and benefits from a quick drying time and low odours.
Knoll’s newly modified Bastiano sofa collection reenters the UK market after a 10-year absence. Originally designed in 1962 by Tobia Scarpa, it now features modified proportions, adapted by Scarpa to accommodate a wider design.
Junckers new ‘Whalebone Staves’ parquet offers longer, wide board staves. Pre-finished in its Ultramatt lacquer, the floor can be used immediately once laid. The 700 x 140mm boards are available in solid, natural oak or black oak.
