Our pick of the latest kitchen and bathroom taps

Grohe produces one of the first taps from a 3D printer. The limted edition fixture include pieces from the Allure Brilliant and Atrio ranges. Each component for the tap consists of approximately 4,700 layers that are each 0.06 mm thick, providing it with strength. After printing, the component is mechanically treated on a CNC milling machine, followed by a manual grinding and fine brushing procedure to finish the design.

13 years after the first collaboration with French designer Jean-Marie Massaud, Axor introduces the Axor Edge. The textured three-dimensional mixer is suited to for a more minimalist decor, while the handle and the spout has 45° chamfers. Available for washbasins, baths, bidets and shower thermostat modules, choose from seven polished Axor FinishPlus surface colours, including Polished Brass and Polished Black Chrome.

Jaquar launches its first designer collaboration with Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez. The new Laguna range, showcased at this year’s ISH, includes a full range of sanitaryware, brassware, a frameless shower enclosure, furniture and bathroom accessories. Characterised by simplified shapes, warm colours and high-quality materials, the modern taps are available in a choice of metallic finishes.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, the J Shape 3N1 tap by InSinkErator dispenses steaming hot-water safely. Featuring an innovative NeoTank adjustable, digital thermostat, it enables users to set the desired temperature of the water. Finished in Rose Gold, the one-piece tap has a self-closing, easy to grip steaming hot-water handle with push lever safety locking system. It is also available in Brushed Steel and Polished Chrome finishes.

Waterworks launches its latest Thomas O’Brien collaboration for the bathroom, Foro. The range is a balance between distinctive form and delicate details with inspiration taken from the classical details of Georgian moldings. The 42-piece collection features rounded bases, finely shaped tapered spouts, levers and cross handles with an etched finial.

Dornbracht launched the Meta and Meta Slim series at ISH, featuring clean lines and modern shaped taps in a set of vibrant shades. Vivid colour and sleek metallic finishes have been grouped into three carefully curated collections – Fashion, Urban and Architectural. The Fashion collection includes four colours – pale green, light pink, grey-blue and yellow.

Kohler presents its new Components range of interchangeable brassware. The modern options are available in Matt Black and Ombre finishes. Making use of clean, minimal surfaces they highlight transitions between colour and graphic elements. The curated sets of colour pairings include Rose Gold, Polished Nickel and Titanium.
