The London Festival of Architecture (LFA) has announced that its theme for 2021 is Care
Every year the LFA chooses a different theme to inspire its programme of events. The aim is to bring a public audience together with architects, designers and artists to celebrate architecture in London and to discover how it can be a positive force for change in this great city.
For 2021 the organisers are encouraging participant to examine how we can better care for ourselves, our cities and the environment.
This will result in a vibrant and diverse programme of public events curated by the LFA. A rich mix of installations, exhibitions, tours, talks, screenings and performances. Including activities aimed squarely at children and families to lectures and debates to enlighten and engage professional audiences.
Anyone with an interest in the built environment is encouraged to submit proposals to the LFA, deadline is 7 March.
Last year LFA hosted its first digital programme in response to the pandemic. For 2021 they hope to present a mix of physical and digital activities.
The London Festival of Architecture will run from the 1 to 30 JuneTags: LFA, London Festival of Architecture
